Taking ownership of all standard and premium rated duties for escalated coverage, connectivity and routing queries;
Being responsible of the supplier / gateway communications management;
Training of staff for routing processes , if and when required;
Gateway communication: reporting failures and any errors, such as character encoding,non- delivery, delays or feature support to suppliers;
Responding to queries regarding all connectivity issues such as gateways, routing, pricing, profiles, features, and delivery queries from both clients and internal staff or management;
Making changes on router to gateways, such as adding new destinations, disabling fault routes, updating feature support, pricing changes, etc;
Gateway monitoring to ensure gateway uptime is maintained;
Completing monthly feedback reports for the management.
Qualifications:
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E., Master of Technology (M.Tech/ME);
Experience: Min (3) Years - Max (5) Years.
Accuracy, professionalism and moral commitment in handling daily tasks of routing management and pricing policies, as set by the business owner/ top management;
Ability to report;
Ability to negotiate and make use of instant benefit oportunities while managing the routing process;
Entrepeneurial skills, ability to work with little guidance, in a task & time pressured environment.
