- applying technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating a construction project;
- supervises technical support personnel, contractors and construction workers;
- site supervision and coordination;
- contract management and monitoring delivery terms.
- PC Skills (MS-Office), AUER (estimation software) advantage;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roads & bridges construction field;
- Flexibility, team spirit, professional attitude;
- Fluent in German/English;
- Technical degree Construction University – Civil / Bridges& Roads / Railway Construction Faculty;
- Good communication skills;
- The ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- The ability to think logically and solve problems;
- Team leader and team player;
- Capacity for details;
- Driving licence: B;
- Loyal, highly motivated, organised.
