- responsible for RF design of a defined cluster of sites in Bucharest according to the EU Company
guidelines;
- simulate Coverage and Interference patterns of the WiMAX Network using the actual Company RF
planning tool;
- provide RF capacity studies using MapInfo;
- issue search rings for a defined cluster of sites;
- approve Sites candidates;
- participate to and manage Site Surveys with the acquisition team;
- review Site Drawings for final radio Planning approval;
- generate frequency plans for the WiMAX Network using the actual RF planning tool;
- organize and analyse Drive Tests after Site integration;
- provide inputs and support for Radio frequency management in Romania.
- experience in 2G/ 3G telecommunication company;
- experience as GSM and/ or UMTS Radio coverage planner or equivalent;
- knowledge of at least one radio simulation tool;
- optional: knowledge of MapInfo.
- proven teamwork capabilities;
- well organized with high analytical skill;
- english spoken and written.

Our client is one of the bigest company from telecom field. The RF Engineer will be responsible for the Radio design and coverage planning of the WiMAX Network in Bucharest. He/ She will be part of the actual RF local team and report to the Director RF Engineering Europe in Vienna.
