Degree in electrical engineering or related academic degree
Good know-how in electrical design and development of integrated circuits and systems for wireless communication. (Prototype design, optimization, tolerance analysis, consider high volume quality and testability aspects)
Focus on RF, analog and mixed signal design
Full custom digital design experience is of advantage
VHDL knowledge in of advantage
Working experience with modern IC development tools from e.g. CADENCE, Mentor Graphics
Good understanding of layout and floor-planning topics
Basic understanding of (RF specific) measurement and evaluation techniques
Ability to organize and moderate design reviews
High communication skills expected, fluent English
Highly team orientated, willing to share knowledge
Able to work in an open atmosphere within an international team
Willing to take over responsibility
Serious, structured and result-orientated working style
