Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monitoring programs
- Follow up the operation, improve the process if needed.
- Help to design and align customer cancellation flows to improve performance and drive churn reduction.
- Help in developing churn prevention tools.
- Support Retention Manager to take strategic directions regarding the retention activity
- Help in setting KPIs to improve retention efficiency
- Develop reports and analysis and present them to UPC team RO and Corp
- Can coordinate remote the activity of a team
- Prepare timely and quality reports on his work, whenever required
- Identify problems occurred and solve them efficiently
- Good leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills; flexible, open to suggestions, positive thinking
- Very well organized, sharp; respects deadlines and other company's procedures and regulations
- Interest to maximize internal and external customer satisfaction
