One of the world\'s largest retailers is expanding into Romania. Whilst the store is being constructed, we are in the process of identifying and selecting the Senior Management Team.
As the STORE MANAGER, you are responsible for the efficient running of a large retail outlet, ensuring sales and long term profit opportunities are maximised whilst customer service is paramount.
You will co-ordinate the planning, implementation and follow-up of the commercial calendar. You follow-up and communicate the agreed key performance indicators to the central management and to the store management team.
You will manage a large team who will be responsible for Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Administration and Legal aspect who in turn will manage their own individual departments.
- Previous Retail Management Experience in a store employing more than 300 personnel;
- Proven track record in sales maximisation and profitability;
- Experience of developing and executing annual business plans, both short and long term;
- Strong market knowledge, focussing on market trends, client service and competition;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
