- Developing and implementing the sales strategy, with focus on direct sales;
- Coordinating sales activities, generating business and product initiatives;
- Performing competition analysis and identifying changes in the market;
- Organizing and managing internal and external communication;

- Contributing to the development of the national sales network;
- Recruiting, training and evaluating subordinate personnel.
For one of our clients, one of the most important companies active in the financial leasing field, we are looking for a Retail Sales Manager. Since its birth in 2001, our client proved to be a solid partner, attending the financing interests and needs of a wide range of clients: large corporations, SME's, professionals and individuals.
Furthermore, our client’s business model consists in financing a large variety of leases and thus has a well-balanced portfolio: industrial and construction equipment's, light and heavy commercial vehicles, cars, IT& office, real estate.
Requirements
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures;
- At least 5 years of experience required in selling and developing consumer and commercial loan products;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, combined with a hands-on approach;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, management, organizational and planning skills required;
- Takes initiatives to improve own and his of hers team performance (entrepreneurial attitude);
- Fluency in English; any other European language is an asset.
