Now is your chance to demonstrate your sales and management ability in High Profile Position. As a

REGIONAL MANAGER

your main responsibilities are:
? Monitor the achievement of sales objectives in terms of volume and revenues
? Promote the sale of products with a good profitability mix (including private labels) and combined sales.
? Gather market and commercial information for monitoring the competition
? Guide shop managers in the proper implementation of directives concerning: concept merchandising, promotional policy, mix, stock levels
? Communicate to the appropriate services at head office any difficulties encountered by shops in the region: mix, stocks, product presentation, prices, competition, positioning, customers, etc.
? Follow and monitor the application of corrective measures
? Monitor the organisation of promotional events in the region's shops
? Monitor shop management and product presentation


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* Creation of a network of points of sale
* 3 years minimum of operational management of a team
* Capacity to analyse and use commercial data
* Organisational skills
* Good team management skills
* Flexibility
