RESPONSABILITATI

The Retail Operations Specialist works in a pan- European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He/she is responsible for the daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners. Transaction processing activities are outsourced to a Transaction Processing Center, so that the ROS can support new HP sales initiatives, and manage growth (new customers, new product lines).
Main responsibilities include:
1. Partner Operational Support
2. Transaction Processing Center Support
3. Escalations
- Deal with all written or verbal requests from the partners (inquiries, complaints, etc)
- Provide partners with solutions when problems arise, efficiently utilizing the HP network
- Use own judgment to escalate issues at the right time and to the correct owner

4. Backlog Order Management
- Manage the order taking process (link with transaction processing for issue resolution).
- Participate in new partner set ups

- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to handle conflict situations
- Problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English it’s a must
- At last 1 year work experience in Business envirement
