RESPONSABILITATI

-Taking care of activities regarding RNDM projects (suppliers, payments, invoices, contracts ) ;
-Documents flow must be very well controlled: always follow-up on the movement to make sure they are correctly directed; relevant copies of documents will be kept for file and/or forwarded to related departments;
-Prepare general correspondence (reports, memos, letters, minutes, etc); types/drafts general memos and confirmation/declination letters; Prepare business translations into/from English;
-Organise the filing system; Keep an accurate evidence of correspondence;
-Ensure the process to provide utilities according to the ING technical requirements;
-Supervise the obtaining process for Building permits for ING Offices by the firms in charge;
-Covers other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the department responsible, as justified by the business needs;
-Responds to requests from OM for emergency repairs through maintenance company;
-Involved in checking and reporting status of works related to office maintenance.


CERINTE

-University Degree;
-Previous experience in a similar position;
-Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power Point), E-mail, Internet;
-Good communication skills;
-Flexibility and a problem solving approach in all work undertaken;
-Reliable and responsible person.
