- Represents the Branch image in the relation with the clients - SMEs & Individuals;
- Increases the sales of the Branch retail products for SMEs & Individuals;
- Support marketing team in direct marketing activities;
- Monitors sales of the branch retail products;
- Monitors performance versus target and proposes motivational actions in order to achieve the sales objectives;
- Presents accurate reports on sales per product, per branch, per person;
- Makes sales call and maintain contacts with the clients (Individuals and SMEs) at their offices or meets them at the branch's premises.
- Economic University Degree;
- Previous managerial position will be a plus;
- Banking experience;
- Experience in SME lending products will be a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- Planning & organizational & analytical skills;
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
