RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure that all the information existing in the "credit scoring application" (received from Sales Force)is correct and complete;

- Perform the credit scoring and inform the Sales Force about the results;

- Provide information to the relevant responsible for decision making on granting the mortgage loans;

- Ensure the collection of all the required documents and verify they are in conformity with the mortgage lending rules/ requirements;

- Issue the lending contracts, the mortgage collateral contracts, other specific documents necessary for concluding the lending process;

- Verify the consistency off all documents signed;

- Ensure processing of facilities and disbursement by instructing Loan Administration;

- Prepare the information letters for customers, in case the loan conditions are changed;

- Ensure that insurance policies are renewed on an annual basis by informing the Sales Force;

- Monitor and follow up the annniversary dates existing insurance policies and loans;


CERINTE

- University degreee - Economic;

- Minimum 1 year of bank loan operations, loan administration, payments, bookkeeping;

- Problem solver;

- Task oriented;

- Attention to details;

- Very well organised;

- Very good computer skills (Excel Atlas);

- Good working level of English;
