-Assist the ING Office Managers, from legal point of view, in setting up the business;
-Elaborate, verify (for compliance), review (when needed) and offer further legal advise for the ING Office Network and own department for various legal contracts: service supply contract, rental contract, labour contracts, service provider agreements etc;
-Keep the evidence of the ING Offices approved (signed)contracts;
-Elaborate legal opinion with regards to legislative issues for ING Offices Network.
-Legal academic background;
-Minimum 2 years of legal experience; prior experience in a related or similar position is preferable;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Constructively approach to problems;
-Interested in self-development;
