-Review real estate valuation reports prepared by external valuators (randomly);
-Observe valuation services provided by external valuators;
-Prepare real estate valuations whenever required;
-Collateral inspections all over the country (randomly);
-Analyse real estate economic data, focusing on residential market;
-Apply the ING real estate valuation procedures and proffesional standards.
-University degree;
-2-3 years experience as a real estate valuator;
-ANEVAR training and relevant certification is a must.
