Overall actively promote the ING retail banking offer to all retail clients addressing to the branch directly in line with the policy in place for Retail clients sector.
- Responsible for professionally representing the bank during the relationship/products information and selling process:
- Ensure clients receive the proper documentation for relationship/product opening;
- Responsible to ensure that all relevant client documentation is correct and complete (including authorised signatures)
- Advise potential clients on the most appropriate product type having in view the specific situation of each individual (current accounts, credit&debit cards, internet banking);
- Offer competent advise to clients in using the ING’s terminals (ATM+, AST)
- Maintain the existing client relationships and ensures that clients are fully served
- Maintain relationships with the Offices in the respective geographical area
- Follow up on market and product developments
- Cover other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs
- Student or university degree (preferably) in economics;
- At least 1 year experience in a client related position;
- Strong client-oriented attitude;
- Strong selling skills;
- Team player;
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, Romanian and English;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Drive & confidence;
- Good planning and organisational abilities.
