• Managing the entire functioning process of the shops
• Ensuring the coordinated working of the department to customer satisfaction
• Coordinating multiple schedules
• Organizing the store and making an environment that would help the store to gain success in the long run
• Installing new items and features, which would help to increase the aesthetics and functioning of the store
• Determining ways to increase the store revenue and improving its standards
• Planning and implementing pricing strategies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with international exposure
• Experience in building an organization from the ground up
• Able to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations
• Proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of English is a must, Russian and Serbian will be considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
