RESPONSABILITATI

- Leading and supporting of the subordinated departments and employees
- Close cooperation with other Risk areas, especially Credit Risk Control and Work-out & Restructuring
- Management and implementation of the set-up and development of scoring systems in order to minimize the risks in Retail Banking
- Realization of the foundation for decision-making and/or control tools in connection with further developed early warning systems for Retail Banking
- Leading current projects relevant for risk aspects in Retail Banking
- Decisions about individual credit cases in Private Lending as well as for Business Clients considering earning and risk aspects according to the approval competence
- Professional and efficient organization and management of the underwriting process regarding private and business clients, as well as the soft collection process for private clients
- Decisions about the support of other departments with the implementation of new products in view of the risk
- Monitoring and management of potential risks
- Development and ensuring of organizational procedures
- Participation in external negotiations, contracts with external companies, authorities, banks and other institutions concerning risk problems in Retail Banking
- Management of the co-operation between employees of Retail Credit Risk management and corresponding business units
- Compliance with internal regulations and instructions of the bank
- Ensuring of specific training activities and professional development of the unit
- All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and be updated with procedures in force
- Setting up and maintaining a highly automated retail loans approval and monitoring process


CERINTE

- University graduation with economic focus or any corresponding university education
- At least 3 to 5 years of management experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in retail banking or retail risk (in a bank, finance organization, retail financing company, scoring company)
- Solid understanding of retail product and procedures
- Experience in setting up an efficient retail lending and monitoring process
- Solid experience with the approval process for private loans and SME and soft collection of private loans and SME
- Understand scoring for private loans and SME
- Well-founded knowledge of business economy
- Language skills: English is a must, German will be an advantage
- Very good computer skills
