• Develop a highly effective and secured distribution network according to the company strategy
• Develop, implement and support retail and sell-out programs, negotiate best business packages
• Support sales to achieve unit and financial business plan targets
• Analyze market potentials and competition in retail distribution systems and networks
• Plan, coordinate and follow training program for partners and customers
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years experience in sales and retail operations
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good team player abilities, results oriented, analytic, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Availability to travel
