- Initiate collection activities for each account
- Initiate transactional negotiations with clients for account resolution
- Make outbound calls/visits to the clients in order to collect the arrears and receives incoming calls
Professional qualifications:
- University Degree – Economic or Law background
- Work experience minimum 1 year in collections or credit-related areas/banks
Job requirements:
- English knowledge
- Experience in collections and/or customer service
Personal skills:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with people from different backgrounds
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial figures such as balance sheet, turnover, profitability etc.
- Ability to proactively identify solutions for temporary/permanent problems of the customers
- Able to work under pressure
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to cope with different tasks at the same time
- Result-oriented
