-Initiate , develop and maintain profitable business relationships in order to achieve the retail branch business target;
-Responsible to establish efficient operational procedures and workflows in order to ensure the productivity standards;
-Insure that Branch activity is running according to the procedures in place;
-Responsible to build and manage the team;
-Offer competent advice to clients on banking products and services, in order to optimally meet their needs and requirements;
-Constantly inform clients within own portfolio on new products/ services based on previously identified client needs;
-Deliver retail presentation to corporate clients’ staff (upon WSM policy).
-Economic academic background;
-Experience in a customer related position is an advantage;
-People management skills;
-Results oriented;
-Proactive attitude;
-Planning and organizing abilities;
-Very good communication skills.
