- Initiate, develop and maintain profitable business relationships in order to achieve the retail branch business target;
- Responsible to establish efficient operational procedures and workflows in order to ensure the productivity standards;
- Insure that Branch activity is running according to the procedures in place;
- Responsible to build and manage the team;
- Offer competent advice to clients on banking products and services, in order to optimally meet their needs and requirements;
- Constantly inform clients within own portfolio on new products/ services based on previously identified client needs;
- Deliver retail presentation to corporate clients' staff.
- Economic academic background;
- Experience in a customer related position would be an advantage;
