RESPONSABILITATI

-Provides legal advice on any legal related to Mortgage & Home'Equity loan - mainly daily support;
-Studies property documents for mortgage loan files, as requested by Risk and Retail Credit Line;
-Modifies loan and mortgage agreements for non-standard situations and draw-up addendums to such agreements (such as construction loans, land acquisition, in case of approval of renting mortgaged real estates or sale of property quotas etc.);
-Elaborates legal opinions with regard to specific retail banking issues.


CERINTE

-Legal academic background;
-Minimum 2 years experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar business environment;
-Problem solver;
-Ability to work in highly demanding environment (multitasking, time pressure, problems complexity, changeable working environment);
-Team spirit;
-Ability to manage efficient client relationships (build trust, show mutual respect, understand and anticipate client needs);
