Provide full support in:
Implementing campaign in ING Office & Branch:
-Support local teams in implementing the marketing activities;
-Assure the marketing campaigns are implementing correctly;
-Support in finding solution to local, specific issues;
Communication with offices:
-Creating letter, email & SMS messages for campaigns in ING Offices;
-closely collaborate with area managers in developing specific sales strategy; briefs for specific project for network;
-Responsible for evaluating and answering to all sponsorship & exhibition requests received by department;
-Support in initiating local events, campaigns;
Merchandising in ING Offices:
-Assuring the deadline are meet for all printings materials;
-Support for a proper development of all POSM (brochures, leaflets, posters, etc;
-Organize and maintain inventory of giveaways from "Retail Gift Shop";
-Plan, verify and prepare marketing related payments for the activity under direct responsability;
-Keep records of all related contracts and expenses;
-University Degree (Marketing, Communication is an asset);
-Experience in banking;
-An enthusiastic "can-do" attitude;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Good organisational & administrationskills;
-Very good computer skills;
