RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibility for the development of an analytical framework of retail asset and liability management which highlights key relationships and identifies major influences. Responsibility for the monitoring of the retail portfolios dynamics based on this framework, provide analysis and advice for a coordinated management of assets and liabilities through controlling the gap between rate-sensitive assets and rate-sensitive liabilities. Advising the senior management on investment policy and planning for excess retail liabilities.

- Builds and uses financial modelling frameworks to fit the need for optimal retail ALM, tanking into account the retail products and portfolios typology, financial market and retail strategic positioning;
- Ensures that such system provides accurate and sufficient data for the construction of the profit plan, forecasting the volumes of various asset/ liability categories;
- Builds and applies replicating portfolio models; monitors asset/ liability distributions and maturities, monitors earnings margins and advice liability and loan pricing policies. Advice the management regarding the causes of any variances and steps to be taken to adjust positions;
- Ensures the retail liaison with MRM Team, developing TPS tools to ensure retail needs are met;
- Produces projections from the information base, other statistical data and judgemental management inputs and uses as a basis for simulations of the retail expected future position. Provide analysis on this basis in order to support the management to assess the cost, profit and liquidity implications of various strategies.


CERINTE

- Economic academic background;
- Solid statistical knowledge;
- Familiarity with ALCO role, TPS tools, bank financial accounting;
- Knowledge on retail product pricing, regulations affecting retail product pricing and duration is a strong plus;
- Knowledge on product profitability accounting, replicating portfolio models is a strong plus;
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills;
