RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for administrating all the documents related to the retail customer’s transactions:

-responsible for checking of the correctness, completeness and timeliness input of the customer related data in the bank’s administrative system.
-takes care that the account opening/closing documentation is complete and properly filed, instructing or processing appropriate actions (block/unblock) in accordance with internal rules and procedures.
-return the incomplete files; follow-up for the returned files meaning blocking the accounts if the files have not been returned in due time;
-responsible for correctness and completeness input of the modifications requested by the customer and take appropriate measures in case of non- compliance with internal rules and regulations.
-responsible for ensuring optimal administration & centralised control of all errors related to the clients’ files;.
-takes care that all the documents related to customer’s files are properly scanned and archived;
-prepares periodic reports


CERINTE

- Economic background;
-1 year banking experience in a similar position;
-Strong communication skills (both spoken and written communication, active listening), fluency in English,
-Customer oriented, problem solving attitude,
-Attention to details, conflict management skills, stress tolerance,
-Ambition and energy, initiative, discipline, adaptability.
