RESPONSABILITATI

Job responsibilities are:

- Assist the Head of Accounting with respect to stock controlling (reception of goods and recording of invoices, inventories valuation and costing, stock-counts);
- Ensure the timely closing of inventories and issuing the reports related to stocks and cost of sales on a monthly basis;
- Ensure the compliance to Company's internal guidelines and procedures with respect to direct goods acquisitions; Provide feedback to Head of Accounting and make improvement proposals if applicable;
- Analyze monthly stocks and costing variations and recommend appropriate corrections for the deviations;
- Challenge costing and inventories by benchmark per store;
- Update and improve existing procedures for stock management and costing, propose and implement new control practices;
- Act as centre of knowledge with regard to the inventories management system and ensure proper input of information into SAP;
- Act as central point of contact on department level to internal clients (operations; commercial, IT);
- Provide administrative support;
- Liaise with projects and other departments to ensure successful project control;

For our Financial Department, we are looking for a Retail Accounting Manager
to join our team.

Job requirements are as follows:

- Economical Degree;
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in inventories management is a must (Experience in a multinational company in retail/FMCG and / or Big 4 is an advantage);
- Very good knowledge of accounting rules and regulations; sound IFRS knowledge would be a plus;
- Excellent planning & organizing, analysis skills
- Dynamic person with business skills and willing to learn and develop
- Very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Ms Access);
- Experience in project management and SAP implementation is a plus;
- Very good English language/written knowledge
- Must be able to work independently and possess good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in the same time and to work under tight deadlines;
- Management and coordination skills, communicative, assertive, problem solving.
