-Is responsible for the standard service of food and beverages in the dinning room and lounges
-Guaranties the satisfaction of the quests’ expectation
-Is in charge of the restaurant’s concept
-Controls beverage procedures according to the procedures policies and gives his inputs to explain the discrepancy
-Is responsible to reach the outlet’s daily/monthly revenue forecast. Keeps his staff informed, motivates and leads it in order to reach the sales targets
-Is the communication link between the Management and the Waiters
-Medium Studies or University degree
-Minimum 2 years experience is a plus
-Very good knowledge of English
-Motivated
-Talkative person, dynamic, proactive attitude
-Attentive to details; self control
-Leadership abilities
