Il a galement un rele de conseil, d’assistance et de prevention auprès des d partements impliqu s.


CERINTE

- Formation superieure en Droit commercial; toute autre formation supplementaire serait un avantage;
- 4-5 ans d’experience en traitement des litiges, plaintes des clients / fournisseurs ;
- Maatrise de la technique juridique et de la l gislation europeenne au domaine de l\'Internet/ commerce l ctronique
- Maetrise de la langue francaise et anglaise;
- Maatrise de MS Office;
- Autonome, capable de garer les priorites
