Implementarea sistemului de management al performantei.
Identificarea si analiza nevoilor de training si dezvoltare ale angajatilor impreuna cu sefii de departamente si formularea propunerilor pentru satisfacerea lor.
Actualizarea procedurilor specifice de training si dezvoltare si aplicarea acestora.


CERINTE

Studii universitare finalizate.
Experienta de lucru in domeniul training&dezvoltare.
Persoana orientata spre echipa, clienti.
Abilitati excelente de comunicare.
Cunostinte foarte bune de lucru pe calculator ( MS Office, Internet Explorer).
Limba engleza nivel avansat.
Cunostintele de limba spaniola sau germana reprezinta un plus.
