• Interacts directly with prospective and current tenants to achieve maximum occupancy of the Shopping Centers. Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the tenant and maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the resident
• Identifying and approaching prospective tenants
• Preparing and submitting proposals, after discussing them with the Leasing Manager and present the lease agreement philosophy of the company to the tenants
• Maintaining leasing status reports and accurate records with respect to potential tenants. Respecting the deadlines.
• Negotiating with local, regional and national tenants on a new mixed use complex with retail, office and entertainment components
• Leasing spaces in accordance with the merchandise mix and on property budget requirements.
• University degree
• Fluent in English
