- Utilizeaza softul informatic pus la dispozitie de catre companie pentru a urmari o biectivele de cost financiar in cadrul bugetului garantie;
- Urmareste gestiunea contratelor de service;
- Urmareste respectarea politicii de Garantii definite de Companie;
- Urmareste contractele de garantie pe tip de cost;
- Informeaza cu regularitate responsabili de vanzare in legatura cu modificarile de cost fata de obiective;
- Anima reuniunile lunare in privinta politicii de Garantie;
- Participa la realizarea bugetului anual pentru Garantie si urmareste repreviziunile;
- Absolvent de studii superioare;
- Experienta pe o pozitie de Responsabil garantii la un Dealer auto reprezinta o conditie eliminatorie;
- Motivatie pentru domeniu auto:
- PC – pachet office nivel avansat, lucrul intr-un soft informatic specific reprezinta un avantaj;
-Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare;
-Un puternic simt comercial;
-Integritate , discretie;
-Precizie, rigoare in gestiunea documentelor; persoana atenta la detalii , foarte organizata;
-Spirit de analiza si de sinteza;
