1.Will be in charge for the contractual acquisition of a location (requested by Planning Dpt);
2.Will participate actively in the contract negotiations (including contractual provisions as well as the price);
3.Will actively participate in the Sites Rollout progress adjusting his targets according to Site Rollout targets;
4.Should control on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis the Acquisition sub-contractors regarding their performance and report to his/her superiors;
5.Should be able to maintain with minimum affection to the company the existing lease contracts;
6.Will have every day interdepartmental cooperation with Planning and Implementation in order to achieve the optimum sollution for the company.
University Degree in economic, management field
At least one year of experience in real estate (is a plus), contract negociation
Strong computer literacy;
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
Organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise them, strong team mentality;
Ability to work under pressure and availability to travel around the country;
Clean Driving License.
