On this position you¿re suppose to:
- Be an experienced recruitment professional;
- Be degree level qualified or equivalent with a strong understanding of market research;
- Have a minimum of 2 years management expertise with an additional 3 years plus in the actual research processes as this position;
- Have knowledge of marketing and branding and have a proven track record in delivering ¿on time and on budget¿;
- Be familiar with the processes involved in running and developing an expanding client/candidate base;
- Be familiar with the ethics involved in our business;
- Be fluent in English.
