RESPONSABILITATI

Excon Expert HR (www.excon.ro), consulting company specialized in recruitment and selection services, is recruiting for its client, an international adviser in telecommunication, IT and media, Resource and Operations Support.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring continuous support for the Operations Manager;
- Actively getting involved in the process of opening new locations worldwide;
- Meeting and communicating with company???s vendors and contacts;
- Ensuring support in contracts negotiation;
- Continuous market survey, analyzing and reporting;


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Able to effectively communicate and interact with people;
- Outgoing and pleasant personality, with a creative flair and ability to cope with stressful situations:
- Excellent people skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work in a team;
- University degree is a must;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Driving licence and availability to travel.

EXCON CONSULTANTA S.R.L. isi desfasoara activitatea in domeniul resurselor umane, avand ca obiect principal de activitate selectia si plasarea fortei de munca, cu cele doua segmente ale sale: servicii de informare si consiliere, respectiv servicii de mediere a muncii pe piata interna.
Infiintata in anul 2004, EXCON CONSULTANTA a aparut din dorinta de a contribui la intalnirea cererii cu oferta de munca, prin folosirea unui ansamblu de metode si tehnici moderne de selectie a personalului, adaptate la tendintele existente pe piata muncii din Romania.
Operator de date personale inregistrat la Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal sub nr. 3151.
Firma este acreditata de Agentia pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca Bucuresti, conform prevederilor Legii nr.76/2002 privind sistemul asigurarilor pentru somaj si stimularea ocuparii fortei de munca si Hotararii de Guvern nr.277/2002 privind aprobarea Criteriilor de acreditare a furnizorilor de servicii specializate pentru stimularea ocuparii fortei de munca.
Metodele si tehnicile de selectie folosite de specialistii nostri sunt diferite, in functie de natura posturilor pentru care se efectueaza selectia si de cerintele de ordin psiho-profesional necesare candidatilor pentru a se putea inscrie intr-un anumit tipar specific unei organizatii.
Serviciile noastre se adreseaza atat angajatorilor, cat si persoanelor aflate in cautarea unui loc de munca (absolventi ai unor institutii de invatamant superior cu sau fara experienta, precum si absolventi de studii medii cu diverse calificari) si au ca scop identificarea celei mai potrivite persoane pentru postul oferit, conform principiului .
