For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the Real Estate field, we are looking for a Residential Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Managing Sales activity for one residential project, or a “cluster” of projects simultaneously;
-Coordinating the Sales activities, managing interfaces with all relevant third parties (such as law firms & banks);
- Implementing management’s strategy in the ongoing activities;
-Identifying new sales perspectives and approaches and driving business growth at the strategic level of the company;
- Applying marketing strategies and sales control systems.
- At least 3 years experience in a Sales management position (Real Estate shall count as a major advantage);
- Customer focused, goal-oriented person with the ability to act and work independently;
- Self-motivated, ambitious person able to operate in a challenging working environment;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset;
- Good English knowledge and computer skills.
