RESPONSABILITATI

- Perform selling activities and offer consultancy to potential clients for Colliers exclusive residential projects;
- Preparing offers, contracts, electronic proposals, market research;
- Update databases
- Contact clients, make presentations;
- Attend meetings, viewing tours, conferences, seminars, etc


CERINTE

- 2 years of experience in sales ( is a plus )
- Open minded, team player and willing to learn and improve
- Self-motivated, committed, dynamic and positive person
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian
- Excellent with the computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks;
- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals
