Tasks description:
coordination of the 3 local supervision teams on all supervision related activities;
financial management of the civil works
supervising the implementation of the quality assurance system, both internal and pertaining to the Contractors;
supervision of the implementation of environmental mitigation and traffic management & safety measures
issuing variation orders and site instructions
managing the claims related situations and trying to prevent the occurence of such situations
coordinate the inspection and approval of the works
ensure proper accounting and recording of the progress of work and process interim and final payment to the Contractors
For our client, a well-known multinational company in constructions field, we are looking for Resident Project Manager for a major highways site in Romania.
The following main requirements are a must:
significant international experience (20 years)
significant experience in highways construction projects (15 years)
significant experience as Project Manager (5 years)
bachelor degree in Engineering
fluent in English language
As advantage:
extensive experience of D&B contracts
have worked on at least one project over 200m Euros and two of over 100m Euro and have worked in conditions similar to those in Romania
