You will provide 24/7 French and English customer service in the field of booking and reservation system, for a multinational airline company.
To be a part of our international team, you need to have:
¿Fluency in French and English;
¿Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
¿Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
¿Very good communication skills
¿Flexibility in working in shifts in order to cover the 24/7 timeframe
¿Prior experience in Travel Industry (Airline or Travel Agency) and/or IATA certification is an asset.
