You will provide 24/7 customer service in the field of booking and reservation system,on the Italian market, for a multinational airline company.


CERINTE

·Fluency in Italian and English;
·Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
·Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
·Very good communication skills
·Flexibility in working in shifts in order to cover the 24/7 timeframe
·Prior experience in Travel Industry (Airline or Travel Agency) and/or IATA certification is an asset
