RESPONSABILITATI

You will provide 24/7 French customer service in the field of booking and reservation system, for a multinational airline company.


CERINTE

- Fluency in German and English;
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
- Very good communication skills
- Flexibility in working in shifts in order to cover the 24/7 timeframe
- Prior experience in Travel Industry (Airline or Travel Agency) and/or IATA certification is an asset.
