RESPONSABILITATI

In order to be a successful Researcher, you should be able to handle several tasks, as follows:

•Support the consultant, where possible, on preparation of proposal advise on timeframes to be included in the proposal.
•Conduct research to identify target companies where there are most probably potential candidates e.g. client’s competitors. Ensure adherence to ‘’Off Limits” policy.
•Compile a list of target companies and candidates for inclusion in the proposal to the client
•Source appropriate candidates, mainly by direct approach
•Draw up and present a long-list of candidates to the consultant
•Perform telephone screening for each candidate on the long list approved by the clients
•Arrange candidate interviews with the consultant

Other requirements include a higher education degree, significant experience of professional experience within the ES industry (preferably 2 or 3 years) and fluency in English. Proficiency in other foreign languages is a definite advantage.
