RESPONSABILITATI

• Research for companies profiles, financial statements, shareholder structure, capital, news;
• Background check (shareholders) for clients/potential clients, litigation, fraud;
• Reports on markets/sectors/industries from public sources and from subscription based ones; M&A deal watch in Romania; reports of the listed companies in Romania and worldwide;
• Trade Register information – online and from the National Office of Trade Register;
• KWorld databases – training on request;
• Statistical data from National Institute of Statistics/EIU/press (e.g. GDP growth, employment/unemployment rates);
• Forecasts (economic, country reports) from public sources and official analysis;
• Supporting the Researchers from other KPMG offices in finding information on local based entities/individuals;
• Supporting all the professional departments with information on different projects;
• Legislation: Official Gazettes – daily summary;
• Manage all legislative databases - training on request;
• Library: acquisition of books, periodicals, catalogues, online databases, online information, reports and CD’s for all staff;
• Regularly update of Library folders, on the server: Statistical Data, Reports, Forecasts, e-books, Newsletters etc;
• KPMG in the News – press monitoring, scanning and posting the articles on the intranet; media tracking.

• PC proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
