RESEARCH MANAGER

Job description:

- performs analysis, statistical processing and interpretation of all the data and reports received from the Research Executives;
- suggests to his/ her superiors and if there are agreed, organizes, coordinates and evaluates studies that will be generated by the Research compartment;
- is responsible for the accuracy, quality and enclosure to dead- lines of all projects and activities of the Research Compartment;
- elaborates pre-defined and on demand data reports for all the compartments he/ she tightly collaborates: Sales, Marketing, Acquisitions;
- elaborates activity reports on regularly bases for the Direct Manager;
- is subordinated to the Sales Director;
- has as subordinates the Research Executives.


CERINTE

- university degree (Sociology/ Economy/ Informatics);
- 3- 5 years experience within media field;
- minimum 3 years experience in Research;
- managerial experience would be a plus
- good knowledge about Marketing and Media;
- excellent PC skills (Excel) and statistics programs (preferable INFOSYS or SESAME);
- English proficiency;
- both synthetically and analytical type, objectiveness, surveillance spirit, result and quality focused, working excellent with numbers, well developed communication and presentation skills, accountability, ability to meet tight dead- lines;
- passion for media.
