Research & Development Technician

What will you do?
- Actively participate in: the solving of problems that occur in the production flow, projects related to the optimization the production technologies or the implementation of new (and/or manage own) development projects;
- Prepare test request forms, including formulas, process, and product parameters, including also the main results of the tests;
- Prepare the necessary documents (technological process, validation, development) for the registration files for the products that are under research;
- Follow the new products approval and cooperates with the manufacturing division to introduce the new products in the production process;
- Work together with marketing department for preparing the necessary samples used in a consumer research and make the report for the analyzed samples sent in research.
What are we searching for?
- Minimum 3 years previous experience, preferably in a large international food company;
- University degree with biotechnology, agriculture or chemistry - preferably specializing in dairy science;
- Quality orientation and good organization of work;
- Team spirit;
- Technical knowledge and analytic thinking.
