The Research Consultant will be responsible for:
- Screening incoming CVs in the blotter list (‘mappalista’)
- Preparing job descriptions
- Writing advertisements
- Research - in the company's database & job boards
- Direct search
- Short-listing candidates
- Phone screening
- Appointment adjustment
- Participating on interviews from time to time in order to widen information about market players
- Optional: writing AF
- Regular update of market knowledge
- Participating in the organization of different candidate events
- Participating on team meetings once in every week
Individuals with:
- Degree in higher education
- Fluent English is a must, second language is an advantage
- Strong PC skills
- Commercial awareness/networking skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Hands-on attitude
- Proactive attitude
- Previous work experience is an advantage,
