RESPONSABILITATI

1) Under supervision of a research executive based in Paris (France), you will have to help in day-to-day tasks in an advertising research department specialized in quantitative research and mainly :
2) Creating imbricate files with statistical analysis
3) Participating at consultancy meetings and technical instruction for sample system.
4) Calculating representative pattern of data
5) Verifying patterns reports in order to guarantee their quality.
6) Exporting patterns files together with necessary to process into data.
7) Data mining & analysis, turning that data into knowledge and, with the rest of the marketing team, making it into commercial advantage.
8) Use of existing analytical models to estimate our major persuasion scores
9) Communication with internal client services to obtain data and information needed for the scores calculation. Liaise with the client in all phases of the project. Liaise with client on research methodology or analysis issues.
10) Provide solutions and suggests methodological alternatives in order to meet the client¿s research objectives.
11) Support the European client service team in understanding the provided results (after a few months experience)
12) Transformation of Excel data to put them in a defined format (sometimes using Excel macros for instance) to prepare them for modelling
13) Help in the management of the European database.
14) Research design and structure; propose alternative methodologies to the client. Building, testing and improving measurement instruments: questionnaires or interview guidelines.
15) Sampling. Ability to handle data and run statistical analysis (SPSS). Data interpretation and reporting.
16) Prepare for each client monthly market research reports.
17) Ensure best quality checks and on time deliveries;
18) Discussing strategic marketing issues with the client and preparing proposals,
19) Collaborates closely with other departments involved in elaboration of the project Prepare the documentation for all projects and check various unconformity gaps and suggests improvements.


CERINTE

1. Experience managing research projects on topics associated with branding and communications for media, technology, retail clients¿ etc.
2. Knowledge of: questionnaire design, survey methods (for large-scale and small-scale market research), marketing techniques, statistical analysis, sampling
3. Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
4. Records maintenance skills.
5. Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
6. Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports. Mining data skills, data analysis skills.
7. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
8. Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member. Team spirit.
9. Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
10. Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.
11. A proactive and flexible person;
12. Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
13. Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
14. Fluency in English.
15. Advanced computer skills.
