RESPONSABILITATI

Provide relevant market intelligence in relation with new product/ service development , testing, (re)positioning:
-Secondary data analysis : market size estimations, trend analysis, competition survey, target market assessment, demographics, press monitoring etc;
-Primary data analysis : quantitative and qualitative market research of the consumer and business-to-business banking clients;
Deliver reports and presentations;
Liaise with internal departments/ external partners;
Liaise with research agencies for research development : debriefing , questionnaire design, research methodology, presentation of results ¿ recommended course of action


CERINTE

Economic degree preferable but not a must;
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position with a bank/ financial institution;
Relevant experience with a market research company, in projects focused on the financial servicies industry;
Knowledge of research methods and methodologies;
Strong communication skills verbal and written (English and Romanian);
Analytical thinking
Problem solving
Initiative
Planning and organising skills.
