... expert knowledge of analysis tools (such as Signavio and IBM Rational Enterprise Architect), modeling methodologies (such as UML) and best practices
... background in Software development , detailed requirements gathering, user stories, requirement specification and end to end project life cycle delivery
... ability to interpret business and functional requirements into software
... excellent communication and documentation skills
... fluency in English (both written and spoken)
... desire for continuous self improvement
... readiness to travel.
