We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Requirements engineer
in our Bucharest based team.
What would you do?
You will . . .
. . .Be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a full suite of requirements, including business, technical and non-functional sitting within the Analysis practice;
. . .Cover a variety of projects from small projects, small changes to large projects and large business change programs maintaining accountability for quality in line with the company standards;
. . .Build strong relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders;
. . .Elicit business requirements and record them as complex user stories; lead meetings and workshops and collate all relevant information across the business
. . .Manage a fascinating combination of new technologies;
. . .Join a great team that works at the forefront of modern programming technologies;
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
If you have:
. . .Experience with process modeling, gap analysis, business requirements solution analysis and design (minimum 3 years);
. . .Ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels;
. . .Expert knowledge of analysis tools (Signavio, Magic Draw,IBM Rational, Enterprise Architect), modeling methodologies (such as UML) and best practices;
. . .Background in Software development (Java, Javascript), detailed requirements gathering, user stories, requirement specification and end to end project life cycle delivery;
. . .Ability to interpret business and functional requirements into software;
. . .Excellent communication and documentation skills;
. . .Good knowledge of Internet technologies;
. . .Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Would be a plus:
. . .Agile experience ideally using Scrum
. . .Experience of designing web based and database centric applications;
. . .Software project management experience;
. . .German language skills.
