Reprezentantii in relatia cu clientul raspund solicitarilor telefonice prin oferirea de informatii si solutii complete si corecte despre compania Orange Romania.
Responsabilitati:
- Preluarea apelurilor telefonice de la clientii companiei;
- Identificarea informatiilor relevante;
- Solutionarea problemelor clientilor conform procedurilor companiei;
- Actualizarea bazei de date.
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
Candidat ideal:
- Atitudine orientata spre client;
- Capacitate de invatare rapida si de a realiza mai multe sarcini simultan;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza – nivel conversational;
- Experienta de operare PC (MS Office);
- Proaspat absolvent de studii superioare sau student in an terminal.
- Contract de munca pe 6 luni in cadrul uneia dintre cele mai mari companii telecom pe plan mondial;
- Program de 8 ore in ture;
